"Documents and Settings" on different HDD as the OS

I am using Windows XP, which is installed on drive C.
I want to keep the Windows XP OS on C, but I want to move the C:/Documents and Settings/NameOfUser/ to on my other hard drive at F:/Documents and Settings/NameOfUser/.

How can I change my settings so that it looks for this "Documents and Settings" folder on a different hdd than the actual OS is installed onto?

Go to Start, and right click on "My Documents", go to the "location" tab and change the path from C:\Documents and Settings\Username to F:\Documents and Settings\Username.

You may have to manually create that directory first though, but it should ask if you want to transfer all your files over, so hit yes.
