can't figure out what the deal is. i'll be playing the game and i'll either get an entire system freeze and have to reset manually, or i'll get the hl2 has encountered an error screen. it isn't temps, so i can't figure out what it could be
Hmmm, Try reinstalling stea, or I hate to say it, but go into your steam folder, then steamApps, and delete the day of defeat source .gfx file, and then when you retsart steam and try to play you will have to redownload the game, but it might fix it.
