What type of cable i need to use for led's and power buttons. What is it called / properties and were can i get it from (UK) thanks
 
I'm not entirely sure what the name of the cables are, but I'm sure if you go into any electronics shop such as 'maplins' they will have it, and will help you to find it.

on my case I have three pairs of twisted wires running out of my power/LED module

- white and blue
-white and green
-white and red

not sure if this is universal though, or just specific to my case ???

They are all the same cable but with different colours. Ive been looking in maplins online store which is were i getting most of my modding stuff however none of their cables say what its for
 
I think it's probably best to actually go into the store and speak to an assistant, and I'm sure they'll help you find it.

the store assistants in the Birmingham are quite helpful/knowledgable about such matters anyway
