Does anyone get inflated download speeds with speedtest.net?

Every time I use speedtest.net I get a download speed of around 24 Mbps. My ISP plan (Comcast) is supposedly 6-12 Mbps. However, when I use speakeasy.net, it shows 8-10 Mbps, which seems much more likely. Not that I wouldn't want 24, but it seems a little on the high end -- okay, a LOT on the high end.

Does anyone else get results like this with speedtest.net?

Yes, Also I've been told by someone from Sky that a lot of ISP's will give their customers a higher level of priority, which gives them a slight temporary boost in download speeds when they use a speed checker. I'm not sure how true this is but I know my speed test results are definitely inflated with Virgin media.
