Does anyone know anything about this?

I have a problem,I got a new internet service,I put the code into my computer,every time,I try to get on the internet with the new connection,it won't let me get on with the new internet service,do I need to take my computer in to have someone fix it for me,or is it something that I can do to get it to work on my new internet connection?
 
It sounds like your old connection settings are still in place, I would recommend contacting your Internet Provider.
 
my internet is working through my new router now,I turned my computer on this morning,and it was finally working.
