If you are talking about JUST re-installing service pack 2, and not the whole operating system, then no it will not.

tlarkin VIP Member Jan 10, 2007 #5 you are better off starting from scratch I have seen so many SP2 installs botch the OS over and over again. Back up your data, wipe and reload fresh
