yeah it doesnt say anything about including a hsf. so probably not

when you click the more info it says the item is no longer for sale, but the part number tells you it iis boxed, meaning retail, which includes hsf.

Very true ... but also be aware online stores tend to use whatever code for whatever sometimes.
