Does it matter how you configure 2 x 512MB and 1 x 1GB RAM sticks?

Hello all, I have two 512MB RAM sticks in the 1 and 2 RAM inputs on the MoBo and a 1GB stick in the 3rd. Is this okay or should I put the 1GB stick first and then the two 512 sticks? The reason I kept the two 512 ones first is that they're Corsair and the 1GB stick is Samsung. Both are DDR2-667 and BIOS recognizes 2GB so it's compatible. Does the motherboard utilize them in order or does it not really matter? Thanks.

Okay, I didn't think that it mattered but i wanted to make sure. It's running perfectly fine so I think I'm going to leave them in the configuration they're in unless someone has another suggestion. Thanks.

Unless you're trying to run dual channel ram, no it doesn't but if you're trying to run dual then you have to use the proper slots aka 1 and 2 which most of the time aren't next to each.

No I don't think it's dual channel, it's Corsair Value Select that doesn't say anything about dual channel. Thanks for the info.
