Does SDD increase frame rate of games over HDD?

Just loading time (and the acronym you're looking for is SSD

Sometimes you'll get less bogging down like in MMOs since the textures can load faster. That's more of a 'lose less' than 'gain anything' situation though. An SSD otherwise has no influence on the graphical performance of your PC.
