Does the Card Matter

I just found a used thinkpad. It says it comes with a Wireless, but it does'nt specify it. Does it matter?

your question is pretty vague... my guess is if it comes with a 'wireless', it'll most likely work...

Pretty much any new laptop will come with a Wireless B/G card. Nearly every router/access point is one of the two, so it shouldn't matter... If you're going to be using the router somewhere specific, you may want to verify they don't use the fairly uncommon 'A' standard.
