Will an Althon 64 X2 work with these barebones kit?

It says that it is compatible with AMD Athlon 64 FX/Athlon 64/Sempron but does not mentions the socket 939 Althon 64 X2 processors. I know it is the same socket so would it work? But I also know that the X2 is duel-core so that could make it not combatable. What my plan is to get this barebones with a socket 939 Althon 64 3200+ and then later get a FX or X2 processor after they come down in price. Please tell me if it is compatible and if this plan is good.

Being a fairly new chipset i would be quite surprised if X2s were not supported
