Does this delete the virus?

So i have some decected stuff in my ESET NOD32 quarantine and log.
If i right click and delete them, will they just be removed from the list or will they be deleted itself aswell?

I've never used ESET NOD32 but based on other AV software I've used, yes, deleting from the quarantine list deletes the offending files from the HDD.

The reason why things are quarantined instead of immediately deleted is because sometimes an AV program thinks a file is dangerous when it isn't. That way you have the option of removing the file from quarantine if you're sure it's OK.
