read the reviews, one person had a good exerience with it, but others not so good. you would want one with a better rpm, especially fi you're gonna overclock in future. spend a little bit more and get a coolmaster or thermaltake

You can't judge things by the average customers review. Since you plan on using it for a 2.4GHz P4 you are probably ok with that one, but for a little more you can get a much better heatsink.

Their is some good HSF out that are quiete big in side but their known as a turbine. Great for cooling etc.

No, its not a turbine, it's a centrifugal fan (as opposed to the more common axial fans)
