Does this mean my hard drive is messed up?

Does this mean my computer is not detecting my hard drive so it’s probably messed up?w

If you meant to include an image or some more information it does not appear that it was added.

If it used to work and you didn't change anything, I would say yes. Otherwise there are a couple things that can change what populates in that value such as running IDE mode, but would have been noticed prior to this point.

Otherwise that would typically mean the HDD is dead from a circuit board level as it cannot even communicate device parameters to the system.

Thanks so much! Is this something that can be fixed or should I just buy a new one? Can I throw any hard drive in there and it’ll work?

Where did the water get spilled at? If you aren't familiar on how to troubleshoot, I would find someone who is and see if motherboard is damaged.
