does this PSU work with this ASUS motherboard?

i just bought the ASUS P5N32-E SLI and omg !!! there are so many plugs on it. Especially, it has a lot of Fan plugs or something on it. i am very confused and wondering if this PSU is compatiable with this motherboard or not. thanks guys

can you start your PC without RAMs??? or does your PC respond to it if you didn't plug any RAMs into it?

Yes, the PSU is compatible. Whether it is sufficient for the system depends on your other hardware. Turning on the system without RAM won't accomplish much. The fans etc... should spin up, but all you'll get is error beeps if your system speaker is plugged in - it can't POST without RAM.
 
Yes the PSU will fit but as ceewi1 said, it all depends on your hardware. List it for us... And you cannot start a computer without RAM. What your screen is showing right now is through the RAM. Without RAM, nothing can show up.
 
You CAN start the pc without the ram. It's just gonna start and make strange noises thats it.
