Does this seem right?

Lately my internet has been REALLY slow, like atm i ran the rest and got 71 kbs and i have cable. I use to be getting 1.7mbs using www.bandwidthplace.com now my average is 362ish kbs. I have not changed my internet provider thing so i dont know why it has been so drastically changed.

I looked at the bill and was woundering if these seemed right.

I am paying $40 dollars for 384k down/128k up threw charter. Is it me or does that seem expensive.

Well, your speed doesn't seem out of the ordinary for the bandwith that you are paying for. However, if you signed up for a 4 MB plan, then that would be cause for alarm and concern. They might have changed your bandwith by sending some sort of notice to you that said "if you don't respond in 30 days we would believe you were fine with the new agreement." Check some of your old bills and if something has changed, give them a call. Unfortunately, if they sent out a notice like what I mentioned, and they have it on record, there's really not much you can do...
