Doing Some Computer Mods

Hey, I want to do some modding to my computer. I already have a plexy glass window. Right now i have 3 Red LED fans(80mm). I want to make this baby glow. I have exactly $71 in my paypal account. SO what are some good sites? Have any suggestions on what i should do/get?
 
There are several sites that carry various types of lighting to use along with fans with leds on them. I can throw a few links in here to look over in order to get some ideas going.
