Domain log on problem

We have a brand new IBM server running Windows 2003 Server and have setup a domain with about 10 brand new IBM computers joined.

All our computers work fine with the domain but for some reason one of our computers can only log on to the domain SOMETIMES.

Sometimes it works, other times it doesn't. I think it fails more often than succeeds.

Why is this happening? I appreciate any help.

This problem could be as simple as a bad wire to the permissions not being correctly set for the ip of the computer on the server start by checking both of those and go from there!
 
I would delete that work station (or users/groups that are on it) and re-add it to your AD server. Sometimes the profiles just get jacked up or corrupted.
