[DONE] I'm in need of help!!!!!

I'm a new(ish) to the building scene and I've just finished my first build.

But I have a problem! It's only picking up my motherboards graphic card but not my PCI-E graphics card which has been confusing me for hours now. Everything else works perfectly except that. So I though I would turn my kind, nerdy brethren of the internet for help ;)

The parts that you might want to know:

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z97P-D3
Onboard GPU: Microsoft Basic Display Adapter
GPU: MSI R9 390

I really need your help so thanks in advance :)
