I'm helping out a local charity and they are trying to get internet access at their place of work. They do not have a landline (it will cost them £8,000 to connect from the main line), so I suggested a broadband dongle.
They tried to install it and were having problems, so I went up to take a look.
They are trying to install it on a desktop running windows 2000, which is incompatable. Also the dongle was asking to connect to the wi-fi, this desktop does not have this.
Any suggestions on how I can get them up and running?
