Don't Have a Free PCI-E Slot & Can't Find Any Othe USB 3.0 Card

I have a frustrating problem. I want a USB 3.0 port on my computer. I can't find any USB 3.0 cards that can plug into PCI, only PCI-E cards. I have a ton of SATA connectors. Do they make a USB 3.0 SATA card? PCI or SATA would be amazing to find. Is this what I am looking for:

It seems to have SATA out but I don't know if it can be used for what I want. This is laim... I would appreciate any help. Thanks

what you linked is a PCIe x4 card that does both SATA and USB 3.0. To my knowledge, there is not a card that converts SATA to USB 3.0, which is what I think you are hoping for.

Damnit. Is there such thing as a PCI-E splitter? I don't think USB 3.0 is worth $200 for a new motherboard.

OK I was thinking of another alternative for fast speeds. The external HDD I'm getting has an adapter for esatap. I don't have a powered esata port on my computer but think I have found that it is possible to get a converter that takes 1 internal USB and 1 internal esata and makes them into an esatap port. Is this what I am looking for to do that:

If not, can someone please find one that does? I think a lot of them are for splitting an esatap port into a usb and an esata which is the opposite of what I want.

What you linked extends either an esata port or USB port. Basically you plug in whichever cable you want into your computer, either USB or an existing eSATA port. At the other end of the cable, it is just one single port, a USB/eSATA port. you can plug an usb or esata into it.
