dont kno where to post...spam is kicking my ass

alrighty...dad did something...and the spam wont stop...i have no idea how to get rid of it..i tried ad-aware and spybot..but the spam is still there...when i look in the task manager there a few IEXPLORER.EXE open and when i restart or log offthese processes dont end ...PLEASE HELP!!!
