Don't know PUK code but need to get in

Today, I don't know how, I typed in the wrong pin code into my phone and the phone gave me a message that said "SIM blocked" and started asking for the PUK code. Now this is an ancient SIM card that I'm using temporarily and I don't know the PUK code, but I really need this card to work for a week or two more.

Is there anything I can do?
 
You need to call your service provider in order to get that code. Many years ago I accidentally locked my fathers phone and we had to call AT&T (Cingular at that time) to get it.
