Dos games on win xp

Hallo everyone

I have some old games. when i want to run them under win xp, the following
message appears:
c:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt. this file can' open ms-dos aplications


is there any way i can fix it?

this file maybe corrupted, so It is better to re-install it again

Look for the autoexec.nt file in the repair folder in the windows folder, copy it to windows/system32 folder and that should solve it. some dos programs wont run under windows xp.... if you take a look around some abandonware sites they should tell you what programs you need to run old games
