Download Streaming Flash Video

Hey guys, I need some help. I am trying to download this video from FOX News, because they did a documentary on my band, and I want the video on my computer. I have been trying for a little while to do this, but have had no luck. Here is the link to the site that the video is on. I dont expect them to have this video on there for long, seeing that it has already aired on tv, so I have to do this ASAP. Thanks

i tried a few program i had, and all failed, if you get desperate, just get a video screen capture program and save it that way, it wont be the best quality, but it is guaranteed to work.
 
thanks, I also tried my programs and failed. Do you know of any video screen capture programs that you might have been referring to? Do they also catch audio? Thanks
