First Impression:

Pretty cool. It has a "List All Tabs" feature in a drop down menu.
They have "Vista-ized" the icons
You have to get used to the "Close Tab" icon on each individual tab now, since it isn't in the top right on the tab bar.

Other than that, I haven't found anything new. Will post back later with more.

EDIT 2:

Man, this is annoying. The Alt+S post combination for forums doesn't work It brings up the History menu...

I tried it last week and find it very unstable on my system.

Downloads would just stop half way through and Firefox would lock up.

Gone back to previus version and its working ok again

Firefox2.0 has built-in spell checker, phishing Protection and more features.
