T tamtam777 New Member Feb 16, 2005 #2 Open Outlook. From the Tools menu, choose Accounts. Note: If Outlook 2000 is running in Corporate or Workgroup mode, choose Tools and then Services. Click on the Mail tab. Note: If Outlook 2000 is running in Corporate or Workgroup mode, click the Services tab. Double-click the Hotmail email account. Click on the Advanced tab. Uncheck the box next to Leave a copy of messages on the server. Click the OK button. Hope this is what you were looking for. Good Luck!
