downloads always stop!!!

Everytime i download something (this time crysis demo) it always freeze and

never finish focing me to try again.

It only works when i download small files or off bit torrent. but i usually cant

get stuff i want fast off bittorrent (crysis demo has horrible seeds atm.)

So what do i do is this a problem with my comp?

lol,
have you tried clearing you cache and temp files
 
for internet explore go to tools, internet options and go to browsing history and hit delete. hit delete in the history and the temp files
