Dr. Watson Debugger?!

Hey, im using another pc because something happened to my other one. What happened was that after i defragmented, i restarted the pc. Everything went fine till it finished loading. The problem is that now i cant click or start any programs, cant even use control panel. Everytime i click on an icon it says Dr.Watson Debugger then asks me to send error or dont send error. Need help plzz
 
Have you tried the Windows F8 boot menu in order to try the "last known configuration that worked" option? You can also try the "sfc /scannow" command from the Run prompt if you can drop down to that. But there you will need to have the XP installation disk in the drive or have the I386 folder where you can browse to it.
