Hey guys, sorry but I don't know what section to post this in.
But I have a problem.
My computer won't let me drag and drop things.
My icons aren't locked or anything.
When I use Windows Movie Maker, I also can't drop to import things into the storyboard/timeline.
Basically, I can't move things anywhere on anything.
I can drag, but when I drop, it goes right back where it was before.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
