Definately go Wacom. I'm happy with my Wacom Bamboo and that was only about $60 (US dollars). If you want a really nice one you could get this http://www.jr.com/JRProductPage.pro...2&JRSource=googlebase.datafeed.WAC+CINTIQ12WX (the tablet has a display that you draw on)
If you want one that's a little less expensive you could go with the http://www.jr.com/JRProductPage.process?Product_Id=4078261&JRSource=googlebase.datafeed.WAC+PTZ1231
It's got a really big workspace.
There are other wacom intuos tablets with smaller workspaces that are less expensive.
Then of course there is the Wacom Bamboo Fun.
Check out their website here http://wacom.com/index.html
Unless your doing some really heavy graphics stuff, I dont think you need anything that heavy duty. The bamboo is fantastic and so is the Intuos 4X6 model which starts at around $150
Agreed! I was just showing him the best he could get with the money. My Bamboo 4x6 is great!
Ive been looking at both the bamboo and intuous 4X6 but cant make up my mind which Im more interested in. does the bamboo work good with photoshop and illustrator?
I've been looking to get one myself and I think I'll get a Bamboo. Thanks guys!
yea, its going to be for university - the course is advertising, but it will be alot of graphic design, thanks alot everyone you just saved me hours and hours of time looking up useless crap haha
now as far as you know should all of these just be in computer stores? or is it order online?
Best Buy around here keeps the bamboo's and Intuos in stock. Target and Walmart keeps the bamboos in stock.
do you know of any big difference from the bamboo to the bamboo fun?
what do you mean some office stuff that gets in the way of the graphics stuff
