Dreaded display error/BSOD + Ram Help!

Okay, I'm having a big problem here. I keep getting this damned nvlddmkm.sys display error on Vista x64, and sometimes it will result in a BSOD 000000x16 or something of that nature. It seems it has been plaguing a lot of nvidia/vista users as there are a ton of topics out there if you search it in google. Is anybody else getting this error at all? Or once had it and fixed the issue? It's really been driving me absolutely nuts!

I'm not sure if it has to do with any bad components in my computer, because without the video card (8800GT) the Windows Performance Index will work, but as soon as I add the video card + drivers, it will give me the error and eventually stop working. (error is the nvlddmkm.sys display error that pops up in bottom right of screen)

Either way, I also have a couple of questions about my ram. Which may or may not help the display errors...I have my fsb set to 300mhz, and FSB:Ram ratio is 1:1, so I'm getting 600mhz. (E2180) However, my ram is DDR2-800. My question is would I be better off making the ratio 3:4 or something of that nature? The voltages on the ram is supposed to be 2.2v (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148076)

I have the GA-P35-DS3L, so default voltages are 1.8 and I upped it .4v. But I'm thinking if I only have it to 300mhz maybe it's too much? Either way I think maybe my voltages aren't even correct. For instance my CPU voltages are set to 1.3v in BIOS but PCWizard reads it around 1.26. Here are some screenshots..

So, what would be best for my timings, volts, etc etc? And Refresh to ACT Delay should be 42? If I do change some settings, what should I use to test ram stability? The only thing I've really used is the Windows Diagnostic Memory testers. I've tried using Memtest86, but not compatible with 64 vista?

Anyways, I'm sorry for the long post, I'm just so overridden with questions and just utterly frustrated with the whole business. Thank you very much for anyone that can help!

EDIT: System specs should be in sig

Also, why are certain voltages like the +3.3v voltage only at around 2?
