- Id suggest changing to the Premium series of the ASUS board ... their [ASUS] only seriously worthwhile K8 NF4 board.
- Why not the FX57? (it's in stores, supports SS3 and is a 90nm proc)
- Running 4x1024 on a FX55 will result in a downclock :)
- You cant SLI AGP cards and AGP cards dont fit on a PCIE board
- IMO, MX1000 is a superior mouse, Bluetooth not withstanding
- Watercooling kit wont work with K8s
 
1. I should say "it can" (and in many cases, does)
2. See RAM101 (has to do with populating all 4 DIMMs ... granted this has been fixed with the improved memory controller on say the Venice procs ... the FX55 is no venice ... will update RAM101 now that u remind me)
 
Hehe also one more thing ... the Tt TrueLight's take up 1 PCI slot apice if you want to install it as per manual ... of course you can hack around with a drill tho
 
lol, I think im going to dig in to it some more when i get $7000.00. haha, untill then... im just going fasinate. lol. I am opening up a small computer buisness this summer. I will be building them and selling them, around town and on ebay. I have been sent a list of wholesalers from the CBSC, so mabye when i can get things wholesale it will become a better possibility :D

and second, dont buy from tigerdirect, its a rip off, buy from newegg, the keyboard u chose only costs $30 on newegg, not $40, and same with everything else.
 
If your not actually gona buy it go with 2x 512ram 6800 ultras.
they are 1000$ each but 1gb of video ram is ultima bragging rights.

No i may be buying it... I will be able to get items at wholesale. so if i can get it for around 3500canadian... then consider it built! Preator informed me that the first stats i had listed would not work, so i changed a couple of things... So im waiting to see if my new stats would work.
But your right. Having 1gb of video memory would kick alot of hardcore ass!!!!!
