Dreamweaver MX2004 vs CS3

Is there really a difference between the MX2004 and CS3 suite? I'm considering upgrading for my webbusiness but the cs3 suite is kinda expensive i dont know if there is any difference at all..

yeah, i dont know what the new difference will be but there will be added something. if you cant find a difference or anything like that then it wont be a good idea to upgrae just to spend the dollar

Thats what i was thinking i didnt notice any thing different about it.... For what i do at least i was thinking since i was getting ready to reformat i would see before i spent the money to move up...
