When I try to get on the internet to install anti virus software, it says that windows cannot find the driver for my network adapter. Is this the driver for my router? Thanks in advance.

no the network adapter, will be the ethernet connection or wireless adapter on your pc, if you dont have wireless will be wired ethernet connection

How do I get the driver for it to work if I cannot connect to the internet? What piece of hardware did it come with?

Go into device manager and look under network adapters and tell us what is listed. Also what brand and model number of computer do you have or motherboard if you have a custom built machine?

An ethernet controller, universal serial bus controller, and an unknown device all have ! next to them saying they need drivers installed. I have an ASUS crosshair IV formula motherboard.

Do you have the motherboard cd available? Put the cd in and it will autoload and then just have it install all the drivers.

Ok, yes I can do that. After I install the drivers, I need to get the newest version off asus's website correct?

No you go to ati.com to download your driver for the video card. What operating system are you running?

I greatly appreciate your guys's help. I've had my fair share of problems with my first build, but it has definitely been a learning experience.

Since I have my CD drive setup to boot first (Since I can't fix it yet without a ps2 keyboard), do I need to remove the motherboard driver cd when it reboots like I did with the windows OS one?

Always remove the cd after using it as it will attempt to boot to the cd. Some motherboard cd's are bootable.

It says AMD Radeon HD 6900 Series. Is there a specific tab you want me to look at through this?

I switched my internet browser to Google Chrome instead of internet explorer and now it still does it, but it is hardly noticeable.
