Driver incompatability

hey everyone, just bought a brand new hp dv6-3030tx laptop. tried putting a few games and i think after installing witcher enhanced edition it started coming up with a message at the bottom right hand side of the screen saying that there was a driver incompatability issue and it had been disabled. i think the driver is atksgt.sys now how do i find out what atksgt.sys actually is in reference to an actual driver on the comp and how do i fix the problem? thx.

Also with Witcher Enhanced Edition when i try to launch the game it says i dont have the required priveledges and i must be an administrator thing is i am an administrator and i've also tried clicking on it and going "Run as administrator" wont work. Any ideas?

the best way to find what that driver is, would be to call HP and talk to dreaded india, or china, or whatever barely english country they have support in, and ask them what driver it is. Beware though, that HP is boneheaded and will probally anger you. (thats y i went lenovo this time. they are very nice)

Another way to go would be to go into the control panel and update all of your drivers. If that dont help, then maybe someone else can help you better.
