driver irq not less or equal

I have been getting this blue screen error message on one of my laptops. "Driver IRQ NOT LESSS OR EQUAL" This only started happening recently. What can I do about this? Everytime I try and do a system restore the blue screen comes up so that doesn't help. Thanks.

Problem went away for a little bit, actually just didn't happen too often so I just tolerated it but now it is back in full swing. Driver_IRQL_Not_Less_Or_Equal in a blue system error screen. How do I fix the problem? The site above didn't really seem to help all that much.
