driver IRQL not less or equal

i am attempting to install win 8.1 and have tried win 7 on my SSD, during instillation and error populates "driver IRQL not less or equal" is there a simple fix for this - i have also tried to install to a mech HDD the same message appears!

Sounds like you may have a bad memory stick. Can you try different memory?

Yeah I was gonna suggest bad memory in your other thread about installing Windows 7 but didn't get a chance.

i have tried installing to a different hdd and the same error occurs, the sdd shows in computer and seems to work fine.

Memory ad Hard Drive are two different things. Change your RAM out with new RAM and see if the error still occurs.

going to try the ram luckily i have some more will post back any progress thanks.
