Driver problem

I have a Dell SP2039W monitor and I cannot get the drivers to install on it. I am running vista 64 bit and everytime I follow the instructions on dell's website and run the file name it just brings me to the folder that contains the information and I can't install anything from there. Help would be appreciated, Thanks.
 
Monitors really don't need drivers as long as they are plug and play and most new monitors these days are. The driver for the video card is what runs the monitor anyway.

Yea the problem is that it really doesnt run well, its blurry and I cant fill the whole screen without zooming in.

Most monitors have an "auto-adjust" or something function. I once had a monitor that every time you turned it on, you'd have to click the button to get it to focus. Try that, then turn it off, then on. If you're still getting the problem, see if you have another monitor. I'm pretty sure it's the monitor that's fouling up on you, not your GPU, although that could also play a role in this.
