Need some clarification. I am looking to update drivers on my PC. When using Device Manager, it states all drivers are up to date. Using DriverMax, it says I have 24 drivers that need to be updated. I updated one and it is still the same version that it was prior to the update. So, I decided to do a little investigating, which brings me to my question:
My PC is an HP. My network card, which is embedded in the MOBO, is a NVIDIA nForce 10/100 Mbps Ethernet. If its an embedded, should I go to NVIDIA site, HP site, or MOBO site? What about non-embedded cards also?
Is there any utilities (free) that will assist in updating all drivers? I ask because DriverMax limits you to 2 per 24 hours. Also, I noticed they are getting the drivers from their own site.
