Hi guys not to sure where to put this but here's my question

I am taking the HDD from my dell laptop and putting it into a gigabyte brix am I going to get issues from any dell specific drivers that may of been installed previously

You can't do that for 2 reasons.

1. Hardware and drivers are different.
2. Windows will see the hardware change and it will ask for reactivation and it won't reactivate since its on a different motherboard/system.

It's more versatile than that, to be honest. Unless there's a huge difference in chipsets, it'll be okay.
Also, you can just call Microsoft to get it reactivated.
You can try it no problem, just spam F8 during boot and boot it in to Safe Mode.
Then uninstall all Dell crapware and old drivers.

I'd recommend a re-install though.

Thanks for the reply, I've done an fresh install on the new brix and just went through the upgrade process as I did on the laptop
