I would personally go for the Gigabyte P965-DS3. They are fantastic boards when it comes to ocing. But it depends on other parts in your system, like if you have an nvidia card and are planning to go sli in the near future you may want to look at something like this.

But if you're only going to use one video card, then the ds3 will be fine for you.

The P965 boards should OC about the same. The DS4 you have linked is a G965 and so overclocking will be limited because of the onboard video.
