I have sbc yahoo dsl right now and I get 1.2mbps download speeds dsl pro says between 1.5 and 3mbps download speeds my question is how much fastr download speeds do you think I can get if I switched to pro? I dont want to spend 10 extra $'s a month for like .3mbps because I am already pretty close to 1.5mbps! But if I can get like 2mbps speeds I would go for it! PS: I am 6000ft from my co if this helps at all!

I don't think it will be a problem if you tried for a month or 2, if you find that the download speed went up to the 2 MB/Sec area, then you are satisfied and everything is great and you will continue using the pro. If not, and you felt that you are paying extra money for nothing more, you can downgrade your connection back again and pay what you used to pay before.
What do you think about this idea? Of course you will have to ask Yahoo if upgrading and downgrading speeds is valid and know if there is any charges to upgrade or downgrade the speed.
