DTS audio settings & quality issues

I've been having a bunch of sound quality issues using my Bluetooth headset with my PC lately. I've been using the standard DTS audio program my PC came with and a Coiwn E9 Bluetooth headset. The issues I've been noticing is scratchy crackling audio and low ambient music when watching a show or movie. I try accessing the mixer settings but DTS audio says please connect device even though my Bluetooth headset is connected and receiving the audio transmission. I have tried moving all default audio device settings to the E9 headset and disabled all the unused audio devices so there should be no interference issues. I would also like to know if there is a good free all-in-one alternative audio tool that unclutters all these settings and has everything in one place(mixer device settings etc.) Windows has really clusterfucked the audio settings and its a huge pain to configure and I would like to try simplifying it.

It's probably because there are a lot of sound issues with bluetooth headsets and windows. If you search online you'll see articles about it. I have it to on mine and I can't get it to work correctly. The sound crackles, goes in and out.

Sure seems to be. I also have been trying to turn spatial sound back on. Spatial sound being off I think is causing my audio issues but since the update the windows sonic for headphones option is greyed out and only the monetized apps are selectable. Tried turning mono off in settings/ease of access but it does nothing. Such a terrible design. Who ever though this up is ether an idiot or just an asshole.
