Dual Boot Windows 10 and 7?

I don't want to lose my Windows 7 so I want to buy Windows 10 (Which way is the best way to buy it?) then put it on another hard drive and dual boot. My Windows 7 has a BIOS and Windows 10 uses UEFI so how can I use a dual boot? In my BIOS is say's "Legacy and BIOS" or just pick one so if I choose "Legacy and BIOS", that should work?

Windows 10 will use your existing bios. Just make sure you have both drives plugged in when installing windows 10 from the DVD so you'll get a dual boot screen at boot up to choose which operating system you want to boot to.

Windows 10 can run just as good (I think better) without UEFI, you won't have to change a single option in BIOS.
