Dual boot XP and Vista on the same HDD

"WE ARE GOING TO USE GPARTED TO SHRINK THE XP PARTITION..." and ? Or you simply use GParted to shrink the Vista partition for preparing XP to go on the second partition yet to be created by the XP installer. That's followed by booting up with the Vista installation disk if you have it when XP has finished copying it's setup files and restarted the system to finish that installation.

Then you choose the reinstall Vista boot loader like already done here. The Vista on last after XP method already failed here. But the boot manager editing tool will be given a try to replace the shareware version of VistabootPRO currently installed. Good catch on the articles there! :D
