Dual CD / dvd drives

Is there any need for dual drives anymore, I used to like to incase I wanted to copy the CD? I see very few systems anymore with the dual CD-R / DVD Drives.
 
I have a DVD/CD RW and a CD-RW, so when trying to copy a CD, then the PC doesn't need to copy the files onto the computer in order to put them onto the new disc. Although, if I want to copy a DVD, I'm stuffed.... :P
 
I prefer having a DVD+/-RW and DVD rom, that way I can burn anything, and both drives can read anything
 
I have a USB 2.0 DVD Burner, that would probably do the trick when I needed two wouldnt it, or would you still put 2 internals in the new system?
 
I have a DVD Burner and DVD-ROM drive, i dont like just having one, even thought i really never copy CD's, just makes me feel like im not limited. lol
