Dual Channel not working

I just got my new system working, and it works great, a big improvement from my old rig. The only thing that's strange is that when I look at the memory section of CPU-Z it says I have Single channel, not Dual channel. I put the two 512Mb RAM modules in the two green DIMM slots which are CHANNEL A. Should I put 1 in CH A and the other one in CH B?

That should be right. Try switching what slots you have them in. If that doesn't work take a look around in the BIOS see if there is anything there about it.

To get dual channel to work you need to put one in Channel A and the other in Channel B. At least this is what I have found from MSI's website.

Noticed that just a little while ago in the manual, I never read them through completely when the stuff is new. :P

Everythings working now just fine, got it fixed this morning as I didn't want to screw around with the computer last night.

The colouring of the slots is correct (or should be unless MSI really interestingly traced the connections) but good to hear it's all working now
