I have Dual channel ram, two sets of two slots. I only have 2 chips of RAM. Do i install one on each side or both chips on one side?

Are they color coded? If so, match the colors. If not, check your motherboard to see which channels run dual channel. If it's not side by side, it's usually first and third, second and fourth.
Just making sure, your motherboard supports dual channel right?

Yes, and they're coler coded. In each set, one is red and one is yellow.

Well, than that's simple. Just plug the two sticks in either the two red slots or the two yellow slots.
