i want to run the 2 cards at the same time, can i do this. i have a asus p5ld2 deluxe and cant get it to work. i have both cards in and connected to each other. the sli option is not there under the nvidia control panel. i have downloaded the newest driver from nvidia. i think it is 196 or something like that. my processor is an intel 3.4ghz and i have 3gb of ram. please bear with me since i am not as good with computers as most of you guys. thanks.

Technically that board doesn't have crossfire or sli support. But according to Asus there is a way to run dual cards. There must be an option in the bios to enable it first and then set it up in windows. I've tried downloading the manual from asus but i'm getting invalid links.

to get into your bios usually its a key you push when you computer is posting, such as f2, f1, f10,f8 or esc usually it will say when you turn the computer to push one of those to enter the bios

oh ok, i know about that. ive been doing some more searching and found that you cannot run 2 cards in sli for what i want. you the 2 pci-e slots are just for running 4 screens. i would need the nforce driver or something. thanks for the help guys.
